You Can Do It Too!

Hello friends, fans, and family, 
how are you doing? I hope that you are well. Thank you for reading and thank you for being so awesome. I still have not fully decided whether or not to bring the JB&I Show back or not. I may only bring it back through or as a pod cast and it will be available through apple, hip-cast, and other podcast platforms. I always ask for your feed back and I am thankful to get your feed back whether it is good or bad. I will and I do enjoy hearing from you. Thank you for your support and love. You are awesome!           Now, I got asked some questions and few of those questions are how can I keep going after a pit fall and after a major set back?! Moreover, can they do it, and how can they recover after a pit fall?! I told that person that they can do it too. I also allowed them to know that I still have  along way to go. I said, doing background is not my end goal but I am going to put my all into it because I am doing it. It would not matter if I am cleaning or flipping burgers. I am going to be the best. That is my attitude. If I am climbing up a steep hill or a mountain I am going to take some time to prepare and plan but I am going to do it and accomplish it. Why, you may ask it is because this is my attitude. Yes, it is hard and yes it hurts. But if I give up, if I decide to throw in the towel without give it my all then I will always be saying what if. What if I had gone a little bit farther, what if I was able to hold on a little bit longer. That what if can and will continue through out the remainder of your life and I don't want that. I don't want that for myself or for you.
          I enjoy healthy competition and I try to be the best and pass on the knowledge that I have gathered in my journey so that someone else can learn from my mistakes and my victories. I have a goal and that goal is my objective. I may need to get a job to reach it or I may need to go to school to accomplish it, and/or I may need to workout hard than I ever done in my life to accomplish it. All of these things you need to consider before you start your process and I am not saying that you are going to have an easy road. Hell no, your road is going to be hard, why, you may ask, it is simple, they are going to be pit falls and hard times. Pain is apart of the process even I hope that it was not apart of the process but it is. Yes, it is going to hurt, people so often think that it is going to be an easy road. I'll tell you what makes it easy. Okay, this is important. If you are doing something that you want to do, then it is going to be easier, than doing something that you did not and do not want to do.
          Yes, they are still going to be times when you are going to want to give up even in the things that you want to do. I like fitness but I don't like working out all of the time. They are those days when I am not in BEAST MODE and/or Alpha Mode. However, I remind myself that God is good and that God loves me. He trust me enough to have life in this world so that I maybe able to reach others. If I am able to motivate you in some way and allow you to know how awesome you are then I am doing what I am suppose to do. At that point it is up to you to believe that you are awesome and that you can do that good thing that God has given to you to do.   
          Getting up is going to be hard because you are not going to want to get up for whatever reason. A lot of the time it is because of the pain and other time it is because of family and friends and lastly it is because of the sheer embarrassment of it all.  No one is going to blame you if you don't get up. They are going to be people who love you who don't want to see you in pain and hurting so, for that reason they are not going to want you to get up from that pit fall. They are going to be people who don't like you for whatever reason and they are want you to stay down so that they can say, "I told you so," I told you that he/she is never going to be ... fill in the blank, (That thing). Now, keep in mind if you gave it your all and you not anyone else but if you don't believe that you can get back up and keep going then, then it is over. However, if you can still believe and know that you can do it to spite the pit fall. You just want may want and need a few moments to regroup and give thanks to God, then I dare say that you can still do it. All of these things are going to happen at the same time and it may even seem over whelming but I dare say again, that,  you can do it. Even through all of that, you still can do it. 
          So, in closing I am going to say that no matter what you choose to do, if it is really something that you want to do, you can do it. We live in an age where you can really do awesome things for community and country. We can see all of the awesome things in other people but we don't see our own awesomeness. It pains me when I see this thing, when people are so awesome but they don't believe in themselves and they don't believe me and/or other people who tell them how awesome they really are. They choose to believe all of the bad and negative things that people say but none of the good. It is a choice, some people may choose to tell you that it is not a choice but it really is a choice. Choose to be great in whatever you choose to do that is good. Okay. Thank you for your time and thank you for reading.
