 Wow, it is hard to believe that the JB&I Show has only been around for like eight months. We have came along ways and we could not have done anything without you all. We would not be here without your help and I want to say thank you, thank you to you all for your help. I am going to finish up part three of three and the new video for February or March, actually, I am losing track of time here, hehe. how are you doing?! Thank you for checking out my blog. I will update it by Saturday of each week or sooner, hehe... My new workout program is going well. I do have along way to go. Thank you for your support. It is not easy, wow, this is a lot of hard work. I am determined to be successful. Fitness, is something that I always enjoyed and I look forward to working out but at the same time it it not easy. weird right?! Okay, I will explain, for me I like to workout and even jog, the hard part in my case very hard part is eating right and healthy. I did not realize how expensive it is for me to eat healthy. Maybe, I just don't know a cheaper way to eat healthy. But believe me, I am really trying I even included a cheat day and this is also my fast food, ice cream, and cake day, haha. I am getting better at it and still I get tripped up at the food part and this sadly, spills over into my workout, so, at times I find myself workout too long and way too hard. The next day and even for the next week I am not able to even push my self because I have over done it. So, I have learned to do some research and basically take it easy and in progression. I think that I finally got a program that actually works for me. I will keep you all posted as to how I am progressing, and/or what I have done in changes to my workout and my diet. Diet, is such a strong word. I don't consider what I do a diet so to say as much as a food modification, hehe. So, instead of candies and ice cream and cake and fast food, I am choosing healthier choices. This is not always easy for me because my body is used to having all of these different junk foods so, it is a bit of a shock to the system. But, I am getting better, however, the struggle continues, haha. Thank you for all of your support. I am going to be doing or updating my head shots soon and I would like to show off all of my hard work by this time. So, needless to say I have been pushing my head shot updates back until I fee like I am ready for them or at least a visible change for the better when and if I compare my new head shots to the old head shots. I am working on my a new single and I am going to be actively promoting this one, I pray that you all like it. I am taking my time so that it will be awesome for you to enjoy and play over and over again, and I mean that, I really want you to enjoy this awesome single that is prospectively going to be coming out at the end of April. Ah, I am not sure if I am going to include the single that it out now as a bonus or not at this point. I am going to try and do the best job that I can do for you, so that you will enjoy my newest single that is scheduled to come out in or at the end of April. Isaac (Fire Hawk) Middleton, Isaac M.   Hello friends, I know what you are thinking... why, did he wait until now to talk about starting anew is that not like something that you do at new years?! Well, normally, yes, but I am not normal, hehe, but really, now you have decided on whatever and either it is or is not working for you. I decided to start back working out after taking the holidays off and gaining a considerable amount of my weight back. It was depressing for me to get on the scale and see that hard work that I had done gone bye, bye and the dreaded pounds of yesterday back in my life like unwanted socks, but I brought it on myself or so I am told. Now to be honest, I did, because I was not thinking about those unwanted pounds when I was eating that delicious pie, and cake, and ice cream, and turkey, and ham, and stuffing, and greens, and chicken, and ribs, and did I say cake, hehe. Gaining the weight back was so easy and now it is time to lose the weight all over again?! Wow, can I even do it a second time and should I even try to do it?! I mean, won't the same thing happen again this coming holiday season?! Well, the answer to that question is I can do it again and yes, I may end up doing the same thing again, and yes, I will enjoy earning my weight back but no I am not going to feel bad about it next year because I will expect it and go back into my workout because it is what I do. I will monitor what I eat and also enjoy my holidays. If I end up gaining a few pounds back then so be it. But I am going to lose it again, and I will do more research on controlling my weight and/or eating over the holidays. Because, I know that we all have family that enjoy to see you eat and will feed you as much as they could all of the time and especially in the holidays. So, prepare yourself for this and understand that you can enjoy yourself because it is the holidays after all and using that gym membership that you have so diligently used over the previous months will come in handy when it is time to lose that weight again. As you find more books and software and hard wear that will aid you in this effort and even educate you in this, through your will power and consistency you will get better at it and do well, because really in the end we are always too hard on our selves anyway. What we may see as being totally out of standards others may not even notice it and still be jealous of your perfect body. :) So, starting over is not bad and remember every journey no matter how far away it is all began with one step, I am not sure who said that but it is true. Something that you may think that you are way behind when come pared to your friends but your day began on that day that you decided that it began. So, that day whenever it was and/or is, is your first day and in a few short months that day will seem so long ago and you will be teaching other on how you done it, whatever it is that you have decided to do. No matter if it is losing weight like me or finishing school, or starting on that new project or whatever. Today is your first day?! That is fine too, no matter what, remember that you can do it. Hard work and dedication does pay off. YOU DON'T KNOW JACK!

well, it is true, Live 365 is no more. I know that this platform gave a lot of people an awesome avenue that did not exist before and is was easy and affordable. This was an awesome opportunity for anyone who want a chance to get in to music and have there own radio station online. To make matters even better they reported to the majors so the artist got paid and licenses was done as well. Everything was awesome, I like it so much I included them as the I. Middleton Entertainment platform for the I. ME iRadio. So, needless to say that the I.ME iRadio is temporary down until we link with another platform. I always check our links weekly to make sure that everything is in good operating condition, so, you could use your imagination and understand my surprise when I came to a link that I "knew" worked and no, it did not work. I immediately thought that I had done something wrong so I checked all of my stuff to make sure that the link was properly connected. Once I went through this a few times and double and triple checked it, I decided to go to the live 365 website and see if I did something wrong there. To my surprise I could not go to my page and I could not go to my station so I tried to go to the main page and nothing but a good bye note. I was as lost as lost could be. I finally started doing some research and of course I found out that they are no more and it broke my heart. I was really not expecting them to close there doors so soon. Yeah, I know they were around for seventeen years but I was expecting them to be around for at least twenty more years, hahaha. This was confirmed by Rain News.com. Now that this has finally settled in and it was nothing that I could do, it was time for me to find another platform for the I. Middleton Entertainment Internet Radio Station. I am still looking because now the fear is find another one that will go belly up. Sadly, this is delaying my efforts but I am still moving forward in my search. I have a few platforms in mind but I am going to see if they offer the programs that I need and want and the functionally of it all with the I.ME website. Don't get me wrong they are a lot of them out there and even a few that was recommended by the "Late" Live 365 team who has moved on the bigger and better things hopefully. Another obstacle that I am facing is school and work because I am a full time student and I am working it is causing a strain on my efforts. But please, don't worry we will be up and running in no time and I am going to re-add the artist that was on there from before and even new ones local and independent artist and labels.
