Hello friends, fans, and family,
thank you so much for your support and love. You are awesome! As we flow through this summer and enjoy the AC and waters of the ocean and/or the pool. Take a moment to appreciate it. I know it sounds silly but sometimes we are so busy at whatever, we don't take the time to enjoy the here and now. Unfortunately, this includes when we are supposed to be enjoying ourselves. We are working even though we are supposed to be relaxing and/or recovering. Or even worst we are worried about our work and/or our situation instead of taking the time that we already have set aside to enjoy ourselves and recover.
So, take the time and joy your day, moment, and/or year. You have already set aside the time to relax and recover so do so. They are times when you are going to have to take your work home to get it done and work over time and extra time and additional time and so on. So, when you have set the time aside to relax and recover you should do so. I have learned that relaxing and recovering should be apart of your plan anyway.
Okay, some up coming events for me is the Fit Expo in San Diego, Ca. I don't get out much because I am always working and/or working on work, haha. Even though the Fit Expo is a type of work thing I intend to still have fun. No, I do not have a booth, yet. I am thinking about getting a booth. A booth is expensive so I want to have an awesome booth complete with 8010az - Fire Nation - Team Fire Hawk stuff and more. I also want to know if y'all would like to see me post a video of me being there? I may go live while I am there but I don't know if I can do it without getting in trouble or if my phone can handle it, haha. If I do go live it is going to be on my Twitch Channel which you can find on the main IME Page Here or on Twitch.tv/8010az. The FitExpo is in San Diego OCTOBER 27-28, 2018
I am going to close with, I always want your feed back so that I know that you are getting something out of my videos, writings, and live stream. Even if it is just a getaway thing for you. A place where you can go to relax and enjoy yourself. I have gotten a lot of request for videos so I am doing more videos and posting them on YouTube and on here, the IME blog as well as on Steemit. I look at the comments and views so if there is no views and no comments and no likes then I am thinking that you are not enjoying my content. You Tube looks at this as well but I do it to see if there is any complements, questions and/or concerns. But when I get nothing it is discouraging, because I don't know if you are enjoying my content or if I am doing well in answering your questions. That is why I am always saying, please, like, follow, and subscribe because this is how I am gauging how I did in my content, through your interactions. Hello friends, fans, and family,
there are going to be times when you are not going to want to do anything, especially if it is something that you don't enjoy doing. For and example, working out and changing your fitness level. Yes, it sounds good and a lot of people are going to be like, I am going to do it too. But the reality is, no. No, the are not and I will tell you why. The reason why is because it sounds good when saying it and they may even get a lot of support and encouraging words from friends and the public. But when they are not in the lime light no more and when they are in there bed and it is time to get up to go to the gym and workout there is no one there to say, hey, you got to do this. If they don't have that drive internally so when the mode or enthusiasm of the idea of working out wears off and there is nothing left but the pain. It is not going to be easy to say, yes, it is cold, and yes I want to sleep but it is time for me to get up and get out.
So, yes, you can do it and yes, so can all of them who say that they want to do it. However, the reality is that you must do it even when you don't want to do it, understand. Once you are able to do this consistently you will achieve your fitness goals. Also, don't worry about what the next person is or is not doing your focus should be on yourself and your goals. Don't allow your goals be put on the back burner because you are so worried about what someone else is or is not doing.
I am going to close with: You can do it. Some of my favorite motivational speakers that I like is, CT Fletcher and Gabriel Sey. They have an awesome workout and motivational skills. I also like Macc Truc and a few more fitness professionals. I give you them so that you know that is who I use when I get down if I am not using myself as motivation. Remember that you are awesome and you are awesome just for being you. Thank you for your support and love.
