Walking against the wind is to go against the norm. If you normally eat 10,000 calories a day and you want to change that it is going to be hard. Because you normally eat 10k calories a day and your body is used to it. So, when you try to change that your body is saying no this is not what we normally do. Also, it is a habit so your mind is even saying this is our norm. However, even with all of this resistance to change it is still possible. It is going to be hard to do because your body and your mind is going to be trying to do your norm. Your norm of 10k per day can be bested but only through perseverance, determination and consistency.

IME Music is Back: 

This year has been a very busy year for me because I am doing music again. A different genre of music but still music nonetheless. For those of you who have been following me from my earlier years you know that I started out doing R&B and pop music. Later, I went on to do Christian music and I am still doing Christian music. The Christian music EP is coming out next year 2021 by December. Thank you for all of your support. 

This year I started doing Calming and Relaxing music. A lot of research and preparation went into this. I released the first versions on YouTube. You can click here to checkout the playlist. The reason why I posted it on YouTube first I wanted to see how it would do. It actually done well for the most part. This gave me the confidence to work on my very first calming and relaxing music album. It comes out on the 17th of this month (June). It is volume five of a six volume series. I hope that you like all of it. Volume five and six is not out yet but it's coming. 

I am going to close with, sometimes a setback can be a blessing even in disguise. I am not saying that it is going to be easy because it is not. Well, at least not easy for me. I believe in you. The question is, do you believe in yourself?
