Hello friends, fans and family,
Now that we are in the new year it is a time for a new beginning and continued struggles. We make a new resolution for this new year and we even make detailed plans on how to keep how new resolution active and relevant. As long as we don't give up and move forward towards our self given goals we can achieve it. Even if it is losing 100 lbs over the whole year. I want to encourage you to achieve your goals, I will write about my journey as I endeavour to lose weight and be healthier. It is something that a lot of us do at the beginning of the year. We say that we are going to lose weight and in that there is nothing wrong, however, where we get mislead is the time frame and amount in that time frame that we are trying to lose. They are personal trainers that you can and should higher to help you navigate this treacherous course. I understand what people say about having a new resolution in a new year and how long it is going to last. They can say what they want but they don't make decisions for you. You decide whether or not you are going to achieve your goals not them.
Now, that we have covered making a resolution in the new year, they are so many movies that are coming out this year. One of which is Black Panther, I am expecting so much from this movie. I really like the direction and the theme that they have chosen, even the music is awesome. So, of course I am highly suggesting that you all see this move. Black Panther comes out in February of this year.
I am going to write about my journey in me losing weight and getting in to shape. I may even post it on YouTube, if you all agree to follow and give your inputs. I am not sure what I am going to call this journey but it would be great if you came along.
Okay, here is my first entry. I have been doing a lot of research and the first part of weight control and weight lost is eating. I have set some dishes that will be a challenge for me. But I believe that I can do it. Me eating healthy will play apart in my workouts as well. I have set an eating regiment one meal every three hours. I nice small portioned meal that contain protein, and vegetables. I shall also drink a lot of water, one gallon a day as well as protein drinks to supplement me after workouts. I am also going to be taking BCAAs in liquid form. This is that first step and the first step is complete. Stay tuned as I continue my journey of losing weight and fitness.
I am going to close with, acting and entertainment is so much work that many will chose to go another way. This path, this rigorous road of survival, entertainment, and family collide. I knowing of such things and realizing that many will attempt it and fail. We continue forward, we continue to hope, train, and explore the possibilities of success. But in this union based business, only a certain few will be accepted in and even less will remain in the end. So, why do we journey such perilous paths.
Do these people, do we, enjoy such things?! This pain that we feel, this rejection that we get from the countless auditions and endless streams of "No" is more prevalent than that yes with monetary earnings. This is multiplied and amplified if you're not in the union. With no solid ways into the union one can just pray and hope that they will figure out away to get three vouchers and/or on board a union production. They are many things associated with trying to be apart of the union, many benefits.
If we are going to do this we must prepare and be focused. They are going to be naysayers all along the way but this journey that will be ever going will be a journey filled with pitfalls and failures. Nevertheless, we can call this journey successful if we are able to achieve our goal of becoming apart of an on going production as a full time union actor with a speaking role. Be encouraged and never allow anyone to convince you that you are nothing and that you are worthless. You are awesome and wonderful, as well as smart and beautiful/handsome.
