We are all psyched about the new release of Ghostbusters staring the amazing and hilarious Melissa McCarthy! The movie was released on the 11th of July in the UK. Later on it was released on the 15th of July in the United States. Now that we have all had a bit of time to go see the film, we though it was time to let you in on some of the trivia! The behind the scenes sneak peak, the fandom fuel, the celerity and tech gossip! We have got this all in store for you guys in this post!

So, what is behind the 1 hour 56 minutes of screen time and an estimated budget of $144,000,000?

Well first up! You know that great new headquarters the girls have got? That is not a man made set, it's a real location. That's right, take a trip to 1 Harrison Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts and you can see the new ghostbuster headquarters for yourself! (spooky right?)

And that creepy guy, Rowan, who possesses Melissa McCarthy's character. He appeares to have access to her memories. We can infer this because he knew the identity of the other Ghostbusters. However, in a later scene, Rowan claims to not have known Kevin's name (the sexy receptionist who's body he is inhabiting at the time) until it is mentioned to him. (I know what your thinking. Who could have forgot that guys' name?! )

Continuity is apparently not continuous in this film! Throughout the film there is a parking lot next to the ghost busters head quarters ........ except for in one scene! Watch Carefully!

Just a little cross entertainment link: the hotel the ghosts appear at is the same hotel used in the TV series American Horror Story. I REALLY wouldn't want to stay there!

Love a bit of Emma Stone? Well, she wasn't so keen on this project. The actress turned down a contract to play one of these ghost busting girls. Which girl, we don't know! All that we know is that her refusal was due to her reluctance to take on another series of films after the Amazing Spiderman series. Other actors considered for a role by director Paul Feig included Jennifer Lawrence and Rebel Wilson.

Wooaaahhh that's allot! And those are only the things we have time for today! I bet you guys didn't know all of that! We all love a bit of trivia, so if you want great behind the scene facts on other movies keep up to date with us here.
