Bark-Tober is an annual Animal Resource Fair event held by the Sylmar Neighborhood Council. This event is held in October of each year. This year, 2025, the event will be held on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, at El Cariso Community Regional Park located at 13100 Hubbard Street, Sylmar, CA 91342
The Bark-Tober committee will lead the charge of the planning and production of the SNC’s annual animal resource fair.
The regular Bark-Tober meeting is held on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm. Meetings are located at the Sylmar Neighborhood Council office, located at 13521 Hubbard Street, Sylmar, CA 91342 (unless otherwise noted on the monthly agenda)
